The first step we take when it comes to any remodel in North-East Florida is to meet with you in your own home, to better understand the type of renovation work you need to be done. We listen carefully as you describe what you want to be changed about your home’s space, and ask general questions about the surface materials, cabinet styles, and function that you’re looking for. This also gives us a chance to explain how your particular is matched to our qualifications and skills.

During this meeting, you will receive a very rough initial estimate of the cost involved, even before you choose your new materials.

After giving you a rough estimate of pricing, our next step is to meet with you again, to discuss both the design and present you with all the paperwork needed to move forward. Our designer will work with you to create a full picture of your expectations for the finished project, including how you want your new space to look and function.

During this meeting, we ensure you know everything involved with the upcoming project and what to expect while work is being done. We also ensure you have all the help needed to clear your space out entirely, if necessary.

At this stage, the remodeling process begins. Throughout the construction phase, we promise to provide industry-leading craftsmanship & service. Our in-house labor crews will also offer peace of mind throughout your renovation.

Your assigned Project Manager will maintain close communication with you throughout the build, and you’ll stay up to date on the various steps in the project as they happen (such as plumbing installations and the arrival and departure of work crews).

Once construction has been finalized and materials are chosen, and only after you are 100% satisfied with the work, we will arrange a final meeting with you. Prior to the final check being handed over, we will help you put together a final punch list, to make sure you are happy with the final look. This will ensure no items have been missed or spared on your project.
